We are Your Area Code, we like to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your Digital Marketing Dashboard services. We are taking new steps to ensure that we keep you on the right path to success by finding the areas in your services that need a “BOOST”! We feel it would be helpful if we touched on some of these subjects and gave some helpful tips and suggestions.

Logging On to Your Dashboard

First, let’s go over some common thoughts that might be holding you back.

Common Thought #1: “I forgot how to do all the tasks on my dashboard.”
Bummer.... If only there was a Customer Service number you could call for a training session. 
Guess what?! There is! We get it; you run a business, have little time, and before you know it, BAM! – it’s been months since you’ve logged into your dashboard. Let’s get you scheduled for a refresher! Send us a date and time that is convenient for you and we can schedule a training. We’re happy to do so and we can go at your pace. Call us and let us know what you need training on immediately and we can also schedule another appointment to cover other areas of your dashboard.

Common Thought #2: “I don’t have time to run my dashboard!”
Can you do 15 minutes? That’s all you’ll truly need. We’ll help you pinpoint what you need most and help you manage your tasks. Taking on the entire dashboard can be a daunting task, but instead of thinking you have to hit every single module each day, we can section out your tasks so that you can get them done in about 15 minutes!

Common Thought #3: “I have a new assistant, but they don’t know how to run the dashboard, and I don’t have time to teach them.”
We do! Call or email us and put us in touch with your new assistant. We can train them and even set them up with their own username and password (separate from the primary Admin’s credentials).
